Buying a Firearm - Is it Legal?

Anyone who is legally allowed to own a firearm can buy at our store. It is your responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws when shopping on this site.

To purchase you must:

• • Be an adult who is able to enter into a contact. In general, you must be 18 years old to buy items from the firearms sections on this site.
• • Be 21 to purchase a handgun or handgun ammuntion or 18 years old to buy a long gun or long gun ammunition. There are age limits on certain items on this site.
• • Make arrangements with an FFL holder (licensed dealer) in your state to receive the item and transfer it to you. Check with your local gun shop. They can help you understand the process. If they do not do transfers find another FFL or contact us and we will try to direct you to an FFL in your area. It is standard for your FFL to charge you a fee for the paperwork to receive the gun for you.
• • We welcome special orders. If you don't see what you want, just ask using our "Contact Us" page and we will quote it for you.
• • If you are interested in one of our firearms you can use our secure shopping cart to place the firearm on hold. You can use a credit card but not Paypal.
• • Pay using cash, money order or certified funds on this website and receive a 3% cash discount. To receive the discount you must choose "Print and Call" as your payment method.
• • If you used "Print and call" call us to make arrangements for payment.
• • Arrange for your FFL holder (licensed dealer) to send us an original signed copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License). Signature must be in colored ink (blue, red etc. not black ink).
• • Have your FFL holder note your name and order number on the FFL copy.
• • We will email you with the shipping information when we ship your firearm.
• • Make sure your dealer knows the firearm is coming from us.

You must make arrangements with your FFL holder before buying an item. By contacting the FFL holder before buying, you can verify that all state and federal laws will be observed. For most firearms, you must be able to pass a background check.

We can not and will not ship firearms or firearms accessories out of the United States.
