Firearm Buying Instruction


Note: We do not sell or ship any firearms to California. No International shipment of firearm or firearm accessories.

To purchase firearms you MUST:

•

Be an adult who is able to enter into a contact. In general, purchasers 18-20 years old can order shotgun and rifles. Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older to order handguns.

Comply with all local, state or federal laws. Local, state and/or federal laws must not prohibit the receipt or possession of purchase by purchaser. It is your responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws when shopping on this site.

 

•

Never have been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution.

 

•

Never have been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for term exceeding one year.

 

•

Never have been a fugitive from justice.

 

•

Never been an unlawful user of any controlled substance.

 

•

Have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.

 

•

Never have renounced his or her US citizenship.

 

•

Never have been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

 

•

Never have been subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking or threatening an intimate partner or child.

 

•

By completing your order you are indicating compliance with all the above conditions.

 

•

Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering. Background check will be done by your transfering dealer (FFL holder).


To Purchase Firearms Online:

  • Place your online order.
  •

Make arrangements with a firearms dealer (FFL licensed) in your state to receive the item and transfer it to you. Check with your local gun shop, pawn show, etc. They can help you understand the process. If they do not do transfers find another FFL or check with the FFL guides on the auction sites (Gunbroker.com or Auction Arms.com). It is standard for your FFL to charge you a fee for the paperwork to receive the gun for you.

You can get help with your state and local regulations from your transfering dealer.

  • Remember to fill out the order form completely to insure proper processing. Make sure your address is complete and double check your address, telephone number, and email address for typos.

You are responsible for any UPS surcharges that result from incomplete or incorrect address information.
  • Make sure the "Ship To" address and phone number are those of your transfering dealer.
  •

Have your dealer send us a current copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL). Emailed copies should be in color and signed in a colored ink.

Your transfering dealer is required to include your name and invoice number with the FFL.

  • You will receive an automated email with your shipping information when we print your shipping label.
  • Make sure to notify your dealer that the order is on it's way.

We can not and will not ship any firearms out of the United States. All international orders for firearms or accessories will be cancelled.

Shipping charges will be added to your order during the shipping process not during the ordering process. You will receive a revised invoice that includes your serial number/s and shipping cost. Firearm shipping is based on weight, destination and insurance required. Handgun shipping cost $20-35 dollars and long gun shipping costs $15-35

Firearms and ammunition can not ship in the same shipment. Orders containing both will have the ammunition and firearms shipped separately and the shipping charge will be changed accordingly.

Residents of California – We ship no firearms to your state. (This is not up for debate.) No magazines over 10rd capacity.

Residents of Hawaii - No Handgun magazines over 10rd capacity, rifle mags OK

Residents of Maryland - No magazines over 20rd capacity

 

•

Residents of New Jersey - No handgun magazines over 15rd capacity

•

Residents of New York City – We ship no firearms to your city. No magazines

 

•

Residents of New York - No magazines over 10rd capacity.

•

Residents of Washington D.C. - No firearms or ammunition

•

APO & FPO Addresses - No firearms

 

•

Residents of US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island) – No firearms
  • Residents of Countries Other Than USA - No Firearms or Firearm Accessories

Again, it is your responsibility to make sure you comply with the laws of your city, and state.

Important Notice:
There will be a 25% restocking fee for firearm's returned to us because you do not pass the NICS background check. If need be, discuss with your FFL holder about the possibility of doing the background check before the firearm is shipped.

Always make sure you are purchasing the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. And again, check your local laws for any regulations prohibiting the purchase.
