  1. Local, City and State Regulations
    Some of the products sold by CountrySidewalk Trading Post could be restricted for sale in your local area but not nationally or in other locals.  You must determine your right to purchase, own, use or resell specific products offered by CountrySidewalk Trading Post in your jurisdiction.  Local laws are constantly changing. It is your responsibility to determine if a product is prohibited in your area before ordering from us.

    You warrant by ordering from CountrySidewalk Trading Post that you are a legal adult without any legal restrictions from ordering and are complying with all state, local, and federal laws.  Please check your local laws before ordering.

Shipping Information:
  1. How will my order be shipped?
    At this time we use USPS or UPS. You will have the opportunity to choose the method of shipping during the checkout process.

  2. When will my order be shipped?

  3. What is your return policy?

  4. What about International orders?
    All international customers are asked to review our "Terms and Conditions (International Shipping Section)" page. If you have any questions use the "Contact Us" in the navigation above.

Privacy & Security Policy :
  1. How will you use my personal information?
    We use your information to enable us to ship your items. If you create an account, your information is only used to expedite your checkout and to offer you additional discounts. To receive our newsletter you will be required to sign up for it. We will not under any circumstances sell, rent, share or loan your information. Privacy Policy


  2. Is my information secure?
    Your order is sent via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which is encrypted for your security. Read our security policy.

Shopping Cart:
  1. What credit cards do you accept?
    This site has a secure shopping cart and we accept the Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

  2. Can I pay with a PayPal account?
    No, we no longer take PayPal directly from the website.

    You can, however:
    a) Put "I would like to pay with PayPal" in the comments during checkout.
    b) Choose "Print and Call" as the payment method.
    c) We will then send you a PayPal invoice to pay from.

  3. What is "Print and Call"?
    "Print and Call" payment is a convenient way for you to process and complete your order online without being required to enter your credit card information online.

    If you wish to pay with a check or money order, indicate your payment method in the comments during checkout. Print the invoice and mail it to us with your payment. Our mailing address is on your invoice.

    If you wish to pay with a credit card, put will call with payment information in the comments during checkout. Then call us with your invoice number and we will take your credit card information over the phone.
