Ammunition Buying Instructions
To purchase ammunition you MUST:

Be an adult who is able to enter into a contact. In general, purchasers 18-20 years old can order shotgun and rifle ammunition. Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older to order handgun ammunition. |

Have someone over 21 years of age to receive and signed for all ammunition. |

• |
Comply with all local, state or federal laws. Local, state and/or federal laws must not prohibit the receipt or possession of ammunition by purchaser. It is your responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws when shopping on this site. |

• |
Submit via mail or email a copy of your current government issued identification for your first purchase of ammunition from us. (More on this later) |

• |
Never have been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution. |
|
• |
Never have been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for term exceeding one year. |
|
• |
Never have been a fugitive from justice. |
|
• |
Never been an unlawful user of any controlled substance. |
|
• |
Have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces. |
|
• |
Never have renounced his or her US citizenship. |
|
• |
Never have been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence. |
|
• |
Never have been subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking or threatening an intimate partner or child. |
|
• |
By completing your order you are indicating compliance with all the above conditions. |

• |

To Purchase Ammunition Online:
| • | Place your online ammunition order. | |||
| Remember to fill out the order form completely to insure proper processing. Make sure your address is complete and double check your address, telephone number, and email address for typos. You are responsible for any UPS surcharges that result from incomplete or incorrect address information. |

| • | Submit a copy of a government issued identification to prove your age is at least 18 for rifle ammunition and 21 for handgun ammunition. | |||
Email, Fax, or Mail a current legible copy of your Federal and/or State Identification with your Order Number. If faxing your photo ID it helps to enlarge it a couple of times on a photocopier first, as well as lightening a dark copy. If emailing a scan or digital photo of your photo ID it is important to keep the image at a reasonable size. A width of 400 to 500 pixels with low to medium resolution is ideal. |

| • | Address on the photo identification must match bill to and ship to address. | |||
| • | Some states like Illinois and New Jersey require their residents to present a copy of a firearms/ammunition owner’s identification card when purchasing. We require a FOID card also. | |||
| After your initial order, your information will be kept on file for future orders. If you move, or have a change of billing address before your next order, you will need to resubmit the above information as if it was a new order. |

We can not and will not ship any ammunition out of the United States. All international ammunition orders will be cancelled.
All ammunition is shipped UPS ground. No shipments of ammunition will be made via USPS. Any order placed with USPS as the shipping method will have the shipping method changed and the shipping cost corrected prior to shipment or may be cancelled.
Firearms and ammunition can not ship in the same shipment. Orders containing both will have the ammunition and firearms shipped separately and the shipping charge will be changed accordingly.

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Always make sure you are purchasing the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. And again, check your local laws for any regulations prohibiting the purchase.
